## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Windows Engineer** with **8+ years of experience** to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Windows server environments while supporting business-critical systems.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
-   Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
-   Perform system upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance.
-   Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
-   Troubleshoot Windows server and infrastructure issues.
-   Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
-   Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain a secure environment.
-   Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
-   Support continuous improvement of the Windows infrastructure.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **8+ years of experience** administering Windows Server environments.
-   Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
-   Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
-   Good understanding of system security, backup, and recovery.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.

### Nice to Have

-   Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent).
