### Interim Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

**Location:** Kent  
**Contract:** Interim (3-6 Months Initially)

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a children's residential care provider in Kent seeking an experienced **Interim Registered Manager** to provide strong leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational stability within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Turnaround Manager, or high-calibre Deputy Manager who can quickly embed themselves within a service, support staff, strengthen compliance, and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's home.
-   Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
-   Promote outstanding safeguarding practice throughout the service.
-   Support, motivate, and develop the staff team.
-   Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections.
-   Oversee care planning, risk management, and placement outcomes.
-   Manage staffing, recruitment, performance, and rota management.
-   Build positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, families, and partner agencies.
-   Drive a culture focused on achieving positive outcomes for young people.

### About You

-   Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
-   Alternatively, an experienced Deputy Manager with substantial leadership responsibility.
-   Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
-   Proven experience achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
-   Experience supporting children with EBD, complex behaviours, trauma, or challenging needs.
-   Excellent safeguarding and risk management knowledge.
-   Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
-   Full UK Driving Licence.
