**🎯 Role Overview**  
  
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution for our Backend Engineering team. The role involves managing Agile processes, maintaining project visibility, coordinating releases, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps teams.  
  
**🧠 Requirements**  

-   3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles.
-   Strong experience managing software development projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
-   Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
-   Experience managing software releases and delivery processes.
-   Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    🛠️ Key Responsibilities**  
    
-   Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
-   Own and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking.
-   Monitor project progress, identify risks/blockers, and drive timely resolution.
-   Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and stakeholder communication.
-   Track dependencies across teams and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
-   Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
-   Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and predictability.
-   Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery timelines.
