## Description

Reporting to the Manager of Operational Readiness, the **Site Services & Utilities Lead** is responsible for overseeing site services, utilities, and supporting infrastructure required for daily site operations at the Wheeler River Project. This role coordinates contractors, supervises site personnel, and works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Environmental, and camp teams to support safe and efficient site operations. This role will be based at the project site located in the Athabasca Basin on a two-week rotation.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

-   Oversee daily site services and utility operations, including infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, power generation, waste management, and road maintenance
-   Coordinate contractors, utilities operators, and services providers to support safe and efficient site operations
-   Support maintenance planning, inspections, reporting, and corrective action tracking for site infrastructure and utilities
-   Conduct daily planning meetings, safety briefings, and operational coordination activities
-   Respond to operational issues and support troubleshooting of site utilities systems and infrastructure
-   Maintain operational records, permits, inspections, and maintenance documentation
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety efficiency, and operational performance
-   Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

## Requirements

You are a safety-focused supervisor with experience managing site services and utilities within a remote industrial mining environment. You are organized, hands-on, and comfortable coordinating multiple contractors, priorities, and operational activities in a dynamic setting. In addition, you bring:

-   5+ years of supervisory experience in mining, industrial, or remote site operations
-   Experience overseeing utilities and site services, including water/wastewater systems, power generation, waste management, road maintenance, and general infrastructure
-   Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities, and operational schedules
-   Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
-   Experience with maintenance tracking or CMMS systems
-   Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-   A valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to work a rotational site schedule
-   Valid First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment
