Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a motivated, customer-focused **Automotive Sales Consultant** to join our team. Help customers find the right vehicle while building your earning potential through uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Our dealership serves an established community with a loyal customer base. We’re looking for a dependable sales professional who earns customer trust, follows through on commitments, and turns a positive buying experience into repeat business and referrals.

## What You’ll Do

-   Help customers select new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs, preferences, and budget.
-   Create a welcoming, professional buying experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery.
-   Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features, technology, and benefits clearly.
-   Respond promptly to internet and phone leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up.
-   Build your customer base through relationship development, repeat business, and referrals.
-   Listen to customer concerns, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchase process.
-   Work toward established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
-   Keep customer records, appointments, and sales activity accurate and current in the CRM.
-   Partner with sales management and the finance team to coordinate transactions and complete required documentation.
-   Coordinate vehicle deliveries and review vehicle features and ownership information with customers.
-   Follow up after the sale to support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
-   Follow dealership policies and applicable automotive sales requirements.

## What We’re Looking For

-   Comfort using CRM systems, computers, and sales technology.
-   Willingness to learn Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles, dealership processes, and compliance requirements.
-   Interest in building a long-term career and contributing to a collaborative sales team.
-   A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership insurance and vehicle-use requirements.
-   Availability to work Saturdays and every other Sunday as part of a five-day workweek.
