Kia of West Nyack is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Billing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has automotive billing experience, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working in a fun, inviting, and collaborative environment.

### What You’ll Do

-   Process and review automotive billing and deal paperwork
-   Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness
-   Ensure transactions and documentation are properly recorded
-   Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies
-   Maintain organized and accurate records
-   Follow established billing procedures and company policies
-   Provide support to the accounting team as needed
-   Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

### What You Bring

-   Previous automotive billing experience required
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Comfortable working with computers and automotive dealership systems
-   Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
-   Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

### Schedule

-   **Part-time: 20–24 hours per week**
-   **Thursday: Full day**
-   **Sunday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM**
-   **No Saturdays**
-   **Friday and Saturday off**
-   Must be available Sunday through Thursday
