Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a results driven automotive retail leader who can coach and develop a high-performing sales team, structure profitable and customer-focused deals. This position is well suited for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

 Sales Manager Responsibilities

-   Coach, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team
-   Run daily meetings, performance reviews, and deal approvals
-   Oversee the full sales process—from greeting to delivery
-   Structure profitable, customer-focused deals
-   Manage CRM activity, follow-up standards, and inventory merchandising
-   Partner with leadership to hit monthly sales and gross targets
-   Recruit and develop strong sales professionals

Sales Manager Requirements

-   5+ years automotive retail management experience
-   GMC experience preferred
-   Proven success as a Sales Manager 
-   Strong deal structure, lender relationships, and compliance knowledge
-   Experience with CDK or comparable dealership management system
-   Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the dealership’s insurance and vehicle-use requirements.
-   Availability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation

-   $125K - $140K with bonus opportunity.
