• Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation of legal workflows, helping translate legal working and business needs into clear requirements for technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions under the guidance of Legal Engineers and senior team members;

• Create and maintain automated templates, online questionnaires, simple workflow configurations and AI-supported use cases using the Firm’s approved legal technology platforms;

• Test automated documents, workflows, AI-enabled tools and technology-enabled processes, record issues clearly, support troubleshooting and help implement fixes or enhancements;

• Support eDiscovery projects from initiation to close, including matter intake, scoping support, project planning, tracker preparation, status reporting and coordination with legal teams, clients, vendors and internal technology teams;

• Coordinate day-to-day eDiscovery project activity, including tracking deadlines, monitoring review progress, escalating risks, maintaining project documentation and supporting delivery of review outputs;

• Provide operational support for technology-assisted review, AI-supported data extraction, litigation support and other efficiency projects across Europe;

• Prepare user guides, training materials, project notes and other documentation to support adoption and knowledge sharing;

• Help run user testing, gather feedback and support continuous improvement of deployed solutions, AI use cases and project processes.
