**Role Overview:** 

We are seeking a motivated Cash Collection Specialist with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with team members.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Manage the day-to-day cash collection process while delivering excellent customer service.
-   Perform cash allocation activities accurately and efficiently.
-   Resolve client queries, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Partners.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining high quality standards and service excellence.
-   Work closely with local Finance teams and various stakeholders.
-   Monitor assigned accounts and escalate complex issues when necessary.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience in cash collection.
-   **Advanced English and French proficiency.**
-   Intermediate Excel skills (data extraction and analysis).
-   Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-   Strong problem-solving skills.
-   Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
