### **Job overview**

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all people administration processes across the employee and contractor lifecycle. This includes payroll and benefits administration, contract management, HR systems maintenance, compliance with employment legislation, employee support, and the delivery of an excellent employee experience. The role acts as a key operational partner to employees, managers, external providers, and regional Talent teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in all people-related processes.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contractual changes, renewals, leave processes and offboarding for employees, contractors and contingent workers.
-   Prepare and maintain employment contracts, consultancy agreements and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local labour law and company policies.
-   Coordinate monthly payroll administration, including payroll inputs, employee changes, sickness absence, tax documentation, annual reconciliation and resolution of payroll queries with the external provider.
-   Administer time and attendance and leave processes, ensuring accurate records, timely monthly closing and appropriate documentation.
-   Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, including workforce/headcount information, cost centres, organisational charts and regular/ad hoc HR reporting.
-   Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, payroll deductions and liaison with external providers.
-   Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR, employment, payroll, benefits and policy-related queries, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
-   Support the maintenance and communication of local HR policies and compliance requirements, including changes resulting from employment legislation.
-   Coordinate international workforce administration, including foreign employee reporting, work permit/visa documentation and relevant statutory notifications.
-   Support employee communications, engagement activities and office events, including joining, leaving and organisational change announcements.
-   Collaborate with the European Talent team and other stakeholders on regional HR initiatives, system implementations, process improvements and cross-border projects.

## Requirements

**Experience & Knowledge**

-   Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration or a similar role, ideally within an international and matrix organisation.
-   Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, leave administration and offboarding.
-   Practical knowledge of employment contracts, HR documentation and Czech labour law/employment practices.
-   Experience supporting payroll administration, preferably including cooperation with an external payroll provider.
-   Understanding of employee tax processes and benefits administration would be an advantage.
-   Experience working with HRIS and time & attendance systems; knowledge of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms would be beneficial.

**Skills & Competencies**

-   Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
-   Strong digital skills, including HR systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
-   Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
-   High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across different countries, cultures and stakeholder groups.
