**Role Overview:** 

We are seeking a motivated Senior Cash Collection Specialist with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting and guiding junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and optimize the cash collection process with incorporating customer service skills.
-   Develop strategies to improve collection rates.
-   Resolve complex client queries and collaborate with Partners.
-   Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
-   Support colleagues and resolve complex cases.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies with care of quality standards and service excellence.
-   Collaborate with Local Finance teams and various stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   About 5 years of experience in cash collection Files.
-   Advance **English and German** proficiency.
-   Advanced attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-   Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
-   Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-   Proficient in problem-solving.
-   Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
