Job Purpose

Designer Group is seeking an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to join our On-Site Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on a major **data centre project**, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise electrical installation works and coordinate day-to-day activities on site.
-   Work closely with the Project Manager and M&E Coordinator to ensure works are delivered in line with the project programme.
-   Coordinate direct staff and subcontractors and monitor progress against project milestones.
-   Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.
-   Monitor safe working practices, PPE, access equipment, materials and site housekeeping.
-   Liaise with the Main Contractor and attend daily coordination meetings.
-   Ensure all required permits, training records and H&S documentation are in place.
-   Coordinate with the EHS team to ensure site safety standards are maintained.
-   Work with QA/Commissioning teams to ensure electrical works meet the required quality standards.
-   Support and mentor apprentices and electrical personnel on site.
-   Maintain plant and equipment records and ensure site requirements are managed effectively.
-   Raise any safety or quality issues and take appropriate action where required.

Education & Experience

-   **5+ years' electrical trade experience.**
-   **2+ years' experience in an Electrical Supervisor/Site Supervisor role.**
-   **Proven experience working on large-scale data centre projects is essential.**
-   Strong knowledge of electrical installation and construction processes.
-   Experience supervising subcontractors and electrical teams.
-   Safe Pass and relevant electrical qualifications.

-   Strong organisational and coordination skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities.
-   Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
-   Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors and main contractors.
