**What You´ll Do**

-   Take full ownership of complex cross-team programs, turning ambitious ideas into structured and executable plans
-   Partner closely with technical leads and product teams to translate evolving initiatives into clear, actionable roadmaps
-   Drive execution by tracking progress in real time, managing dependencies, and removing roadblocks before they impact delivery
-   Build strong, trust-based relationships across engineering, product, and external partners while holding everyone accountable to their commitments
-   Jump into the details when needed, reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions to maintain momentum
-   Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions that keep projects aligned and moving forward
-   Help shape and elevate the TPM practice by improving tools, processes, and ways of working across Daedalean

## Requirements

**What You’ll Need**

-   Proven experience delivering complex technical projects on time, balancing both financial and engineering constraints
-   Strong background managing cross-functional teams, including external partners such as contractors and suppliers
-   Experience in aviation environments with exposure to certification processes such as PDR, CDR, and SOI stages
-   Solid understanding of project management methodologies with the ability to adapt them in fast-moving environments
-   Technical degree that allows you to engage deeply with engineering topics and challenge decisions when needed
-   Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
