**What You’ll Do**

-   Be the Guardian of Quality: Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec — no compromises. 
-   Find and Fix: Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand-in-hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight. 
-   Raise the Bar: Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top-tier quality without slowing down progress. 
-   Document the Journey: Record inspection results and generate reports — because quality isn’t just what we do, it’s what we prove.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Need**

**Must-Have**

-   Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
-   Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods.
-   Sharp attention to detail — you spot imperfections others miss.
-   Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures.
-   English and Dutch

**Nice-to-Haves**

-   Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).
-   Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
-   Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys.
