We invite an Intermediate Business Analyst with a technical mindset to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate evolving business needs into clear technical requirements. You’ll navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, bring clarity to complex challenges, and support the successful delivery of integration-focused solutions within a large-scale payments platform.

**✅ Is that you?**

-   3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
-   Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-   Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, backend systems, and data flows
-   Experience documenting API specifications, integration requirements, and data mappings
-   Knowledge of BA methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-   Experience creating workflow diagrams and technical documentation
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-   Adaptability and the ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while managing multiple priorities
-   Proactive and autonomous mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills
-   Upper-Intermediate+ English level

**Desirable:**

-   Familiarity with the payments domain
-   Experience with multi-tenant backend platforms
-   Previous technical background or engineering exposure
-   Experience collaborating in multicultural teams

🧩**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business and engineering, clarifying, refining, and communicating requirements to enable the successful delivery of complex software solutions.

-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders
-   Translate high-level business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
-   Document and maintain API specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and validation rules
-   Create and maintain technical documentation and end-to-end workflow diagrams
-   Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible
-   Proactively identify gaps, resolve ambiguities, and drive clarity across stakeholders
