We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help evolve a large-scale fintech data platform for private markets. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related platform components supporting data transformation, and complex system integrations through robust test automation across a distributed, integration-heavy platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to help deliver reliable, high-quality platform capabilities.

**✅ Is that you?**

-   5+ years in QA/SDET roles with end-to-end ownership of test automation and QA activities
-   Strong experience with backend and non-UI-focused test automation
-   Experience defining QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and test coverage for complex systems
-   Strong proficiency in Python
-   Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations
-   Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
-   Experience testing distributed systems and microservices
-   Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
-   Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks
-   Engineering mindset with strong ownership, a high degree of autonomy, and a proactive approach to test automation
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional engineering teams
-   Upper-Intermediate+ English level

**Desirable:**

-   Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications
-   Keen interest in AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals
-   Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS

🧩**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related components, and complex integrations, driving automation to ensure reliable delivery.

-   Lead quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle
-   Analyze requirements and technical documentation to identify quality risks and define test coverage
-   Define and evolve QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and release criteria
-   Partner with engineering and product teams to align requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality expectations
-   Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services, REST APIs, AI-related components, and system integrations
-   Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously expand automation coverage
-   Investigate defects, analyze failures, and support root cause analysis across distributed systems
-   Contribute to technical documentation, quality reporting, and continuous improvement of automation practices
