We invite a friendly, flexible, and reliable IT Specialist to join our Lviv-based IT Support team at Dev.Pro, a company with high-scale projects in POS, restaurant business, blockchain, and other domains. You'll play a crucial role in supporting services for users’ and clients’ environments. The position involves switching between projects, working with various technologies, and learning to solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

-   Expertise in troubleshooting hardware
-   Experience with ticket tracking systems
-   Experience in support work and user management
-   Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows OS administration
-   Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers)
-   Knowledge of how to use command line tools and manuals
-   Basic knowledge and working experience with network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.
-   Experience in writing and troubleshooting basic scripts using Bash
-   Intermediate+ English level

**Desirable:**

-   Experience with SaaS systems and cloud services (AWS, GCP)
-   Knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
-   Experience with Python

🧩**Key responsibilities and your contribution**

You'll be part of our Wroclaw-based IT Support team, helping office and remote contractors optimize their productivity. You'll help fix tech issues, make processes smoother, automate tasks, and manage user accounts across various platforms.

-   Work with macOS, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu)
-   Perform basic configuration of laptops, re-install OS, and set up required software
-   Resolve systems and applications issues
-   Manage users and permissions across multiple platforms (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Team Password Manager, software licenses)
-   Create and maintain project documentation
-   Assist with IT equipment management and sourcing
-   Support lab environment and networks
-   Write and troubleshoot basic scripts (Bash or/and Powershell or/and Python)
-   Efficiently manage parcel receipt and shipping worldwide
