We invite an Intermediate Manual Test Engineer to join our team and support quality assurance for a modern public-facing SaaS platform. Our client is a fast-growing coaching marketplace that connects users with certified coaches for personal and professional development. In this role, you’ll audit and test end-to-end user flows, helping ensure the product’s functionality, usability, and reliability.

🧩 **Key responsibilities and your contribution**

In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality of a public-facing SaaS platform through hands-on testing and collaboration with the team.

-   Perform manual testing across a live SaaS platform
-   Audit end-to-end user workflows to ensure consistent and reliable functionality
-   Identify and document bugs and suggest improvements
-   Collaborate with the team to clarify requirements and support issue resolution
-   Contribute to product quality through consistent testing and feedback
-   Participate in monthly in-person team meetings at the client’s Lima office

✅ **Is that you?**

-   2+ years of manual testing experience, including public-facing SaaS products
-   Strong understanding of QA fundamentals (test case design, execution, regression, exploratory testing, bug lifecycle)
-   Experience testing end-to-end user flows in web applications
-   Ability to write clear bug reports and communicate issues effectively to engineering teams
-   Attention to detail and user-focused mindset
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-   Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setup and travel to Lima once a month for in-person team meetings

✅ **Nice to have**

-   Familiarity with modern web applications built with Next.js
-   Coding skills or interest in learning software development and moving into a more technical role
-   Exposure to marketing workflows in SaaS or web-based platforms
