## Description

Devsinc is looking for a skilled and motivated **Software Engineer I – AI/ML** with a minimum of **1.5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python development, preferably post-graduation.**

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI**, along with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone with **excellent English communication abilities**, hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused, services-based environment.

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML applications and intelligent solutions using Python.
-   Develop and integrate **Generative AI applications** using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
-   Build and implement **Agentic AI workflows** using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
-   Develop scalable Python backend services and RESTful APIs using **FastAPI, Flask, or Django**.
-   Implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using **Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch**.
-   Integrate LLM APIs such as **OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini**, and open-source models into real-world applications.
-   Work with vector databases such as **Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate** for semantic search and retrieval.
-   Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, optimization, and fine-tuning.

-   Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science**, or a related field.
-   **Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience** in AI/ML development, preferably post-graduation.
-   Strong proficiency in **Python programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), and logical problem-solving**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Machine Learning and Deep Learning** using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
-   Practical experience developing **Generative AI applications, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering solutions**.
-   Working knowledge of **Agentic AI frameworks**, including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
-   Experience developing **RESTful APIs and backend applications** using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
-   Understanding of **Natural Language Processing (NLP), transformers, embeddings, and vector databases**.
-   Familiarity with **SQL/NoSQL databases**, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
-   Working knowledge of **Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines**, and software engineering best practices.
-   Familiarity with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
