## Description

-   Build fast, responsive, accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
-   Turn Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI in close collaboration with designers
-   Build and maintain reusable components and design systems with Tailwind CSS and Storybook
-   Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and manage application state (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query)
-   Optimize performance through Core Web Vitals, code splitting, SSR/SSG, and caching strategies
-   Build AI-powered UI experiences such as chat interfaces, streaming responses, and AI-assisted workflows
-   Write unit, integration, and E2E tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
-   Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in day-to-day work
-   Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and estimation, and share your work in team and client demos

## Requirements

-   2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience
-   Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
-   Hands-on production experience with React, plus working experience with Next.js (App Router)
-   Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS approaches, and responsive, mobile-first design
-   Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
-   Experience consuming APIs and handling authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)
-   Comfortable with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development
-   Good testing habits and attention to detail in UI and UX quality
-   Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present your work, explain technical decisions, and collaborate with designers, product, and backend teams
-   Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take initiative on features

### Nice to have

-   React Native or Expo experience
-   Angular or Vue.js exposure
-   Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
-   Basic Node.js or backend knowledge
-   Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or SEO optimization
-   Exposure to cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS Amplify, Netlify)
-   A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing frontend work
