## Description

Devsinc is looking to hire a motivated **Associate Software Engineer – Data+AI** with strong fundamentals in programming, AI/ML, and data systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want to build production-grade AI applications, backend services, and scalable data pipelines.

  
**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in building and deploying AI/ML models, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
-   Support development of **RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search**, and AI inference systems.
-   Build and maintain **Python-based APIs, backend services, and microservices**.
-   Assist in developing **ETL/ELT pipelines** and data transformation workflows.
-   Work with databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines under senior mentorship.
-   Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI,** or a related field.
-   **1+ year** of professional work experience in AI/ML, backend, or data engineering.
-   Strong fundamentals in **Python, SQL, OOP, DSA, and databases**.
-   Basic knowledge of **Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases**.
-   Exposure to **PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Git, Docker, or cloud platforms** is a plus.
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and learning mindset.
