## Description

Devsinc is looking to hire a skilled **Software Engineer – iOS** to build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade mobile applications. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance native iOS applications using **Swift, Objective-C, Foundation Framework, UIKit, and SwiftUI**.

The ideal candidate has **at least 2 years of post-graduation professional experience** in iOS development, with expertise in modern iOS architectures, RESTful APIs, performance optimization, and the complete application lifecycle, from development to App Store release.

**Responsibilities**

-   **Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain** high-performance native iOS applications using **Swift** and **Objective-C**, delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
-   **Architect and implement** robust iOS applications using **MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, and the Coordinator Pattern**, ensuring modularity, reusability, maintainability, and testability.
-   Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using **SwiftUI, UIKit, Auto Layout, adaptive layouts, animations, custom UI components, and design systems** for seamless experiences across iPhone and iPad.
-   Design and integrate scalable networking layers by consuming **RESTful APIs**, handling **JSON serialization, OAuth/JWT authentication, pagination, error handling, retry mechanisms**, and secure communication using **URLSession, Combine, or Swift Concurrency (async/await)**.
-   Implement local persistence and offline capabilities using **Core Data, SQLite, UserDefaults**, or similar frameworks, optimizing **data synchronization, caching, and state management**.
-   Develop advanced mobile features including **Push Notifications (APNs/FCM), Deep Linking, Universal Links, background tasks, location services, camera integration, Face ID/Touch ID, permissions handling, and Keychain storage**.
-   Optimize application performance by resolving issues related to **memory management, concurrency, startup time, rendering, battery usage, networking, and responsiveness** using **Instruments, Xcode Profiler, and Debug Navigator**.
-   Write **unit and UI tests** using **XCTest**, contribute to **CI/CD workflows**, and improve application quality and release stability.
-   Integrate **third-party SDKs** for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, payments, mapping, messaging, and other platform services while ensuring security and maintainability.
-   Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines, release management, code signing, provisioning profiles, TestFlight distributions, and App Store releases**, following engineering best practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **CS, SE**, or a related field, with **a minimum of 2 years of post-graduation professional experience** in native iOS development.
-   Strong proficiency in **Swift** and **Objective-C**, including generics, **ARC**, concurrency, asynchronous programming, memory management, debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
-   Proven experience designing scalable iOS applications using **MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, and the Coordinator Pattern**, with strong knowledge of **SOLID principles**, dependency injection, modular architecture, reusable components, and application lifecycle management.
-   Hands-on experience building responsive and reusable user interfaces using **SwiftUI** and **UIKit**, including Auto Layout, adaptive layouts, custom UI components, animations, navigation, accessibility, reusable design systems, and support for iPhone and iPad.
-   Experience integrating **RESTful APIs** using **URLSession, Combine, or Swift Concurrency**, including JSON serialization, **OAuth/JWT authentication**, pagination, request/response lifecycle, retry mechanisms, and secure networking.
-   Experience implementing local persistence and offline capabilities using **Core Data, SQLite, UserDefaults**, caching strategies, data synchronization, and advanced iOS features such as **Push Notifications (APNs), Deep Linking, Universal Links, background tasks, Face ID/Touch ID, location services, camera integration, permissions handling, and Keychain Services**.
-   Strong understanding of **multithreading, Grand Central Dispatch (GCD), Xcode Instruments, crash analysis, profiling, and application performance optimization.**
-   Proficiency with **Git**, **Swift Package Manager (SPM)** or **CocoaPods**, code reviews, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum workflows, and writing **unit/UI tests using XCTest** to ensure code quality and maintainability.
-   Experience with **GraphQL**, **Firebase** (_Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config)_, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins **is a plus.**
-   Experience with Fastlane, RxSwift, **cloud platforms** (_AWS, Azure, or GCP_), and the **App Store release process** (TestFlight, code signing, provisioning profiles, and release management) **is a plus.**
