This role is **hybrid, based in Bulgaria**, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. Applicants must reside in Bulgaria and have a valid right to work in the country. Dext does not provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this position.

### **The Role**

We’re looking for a **GTM Operations Data Executive** to join our Go-To-Market team. You’ll make sure our prospect and lead data is accurate, consistent and complete so our marketing and sales teams can make smarter decisions.

You’ll manage and maintain the integrity of our prospect and account data across Salesforce, Clay and Google Sheets. This includes deduplication, enrichment, validation and CRM data hygiene, as well as building and optimising automated workflows using Clay and AI-powered tools. You’ll help improve data quality processes, automate repetitive GTM, marketing and sales tasks, and identify opportunities to reduce manual administration across the business.  

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Cleanse Prospect data and input to the database
-   Cleanse duplicates and move records in the correct accounts, maintaining the integrity of the database
-   Build and maintain Clay tables to automate prospect enrichment workflows across all incoming lead sources
-   Configure waterfall enrichment logic in Clay to maximise data coverage across multiple providers at minimum cost
-   Use Clay’s AI research agent (Claygent) to automatically surface contact and company data unavailable from standard enrichment providers
-   Identify and implement AI automation opportunities across GTM, marketing and sales workflows to reduce manual admin burden on internal teams
-   Act as the primary owner of GTM tooling and AI integrations, ensuring systems work together to minimise manual handoffs between teams
-   **Use prospect data from various sources**

-   Dedupe the information gathered before entering into the database, delivering the data within agreed timeframes.
-   Help the team process and validate the data, ensuring Prospects are associated with the correct account or creating new records with as complete as possible contact details.

-   **Cleanse lead data and input to Salesforce**

-   Cleanse all prospect information (from all given sources) to ensure that no duplicate leads/accounts exist in the database.
-   Become acquainted with the automation possibilities of our deduplicates system; focus on improvement of the filtering and deduplication processes
-   Maintain Salesforce as an accurate and thorough database of Prospects.
-   Follow our documented processes for prospect cleansing to ensure that data is being processed in the most efficient way possible. Constantly look for opportunities to improve the current process.

-   **Maintain Salesforce database and establish Salesforce best practice**

-   Ensure our main database is maintained and all data is excellent, complete and duplicate free at all times. 

-   **Clay implementation and automation**

-   Run all incoming prospect data through Clay deduplication workflows before Salesforce entry, comparing records against existing CRM data to prevent duplicates at source
-   Set up automated enrichment workflows so inbound leads are enriched with firmographics (company size, industry, HQ location), verified emails, and LinkedIn data before manual review
-   Configure the Clay to Salesforce native integration to automatically upsert enriched records, eliminating manual data entry steps
-   Enrich prospect records with ICP-fit signals (tech stack, headcount, intent data) that feed Salesforce lead scoring rules
-   Use Clay run logs and enrichment confidence scores to track data quality metrics and report against existing Salesforce database KPIs

-   **AI implementation in GTM, marketing and sales processes**

-   Map existing manual workflows across GTM, marketing and sales teams; prioritise and implement AI-powered automation to remove repetitive admin tasks
-   Build automated lead routing, scoring and follow-up trigger pipelines that reduce manual handoffs between Marketing and Sales
-   Automate CRM field updates, record creation and data hygiene tasks so Sales reps spend less time on admin and more time selling
-   Identify AI tools (e.g. workflow automation platforms, AI agents) to streamline external-facing processes, reducing friction for prospects and customers
-   Track and report on admin hours saved through automation initiatives as an ongoing measure of impact  
    

### **What You’ll Bring**

-   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality, accurate CRM data;
-   Experience working with Salesforce, Google Sheets and Google Drive;
-   Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment and CRM data management;
-   Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems;
-   Familiarity with Clay or similar GTM automation and data enrichment platforms is advantageous;
-   Interest in AI-powered automation and process optimisation within GTM, marketing or sales operations;
-   Proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions;
-   Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills;
-   Prior experience in data operations, sales operations, revenue operations or GTM operations is preferred.
