## Description

**About the Role**

The Druid Hills Golf Club is seeking a Swim Graduate Assistant to assist in managing all aspects of our swim program. This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or graduate students to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while helping to cultivate a love for swimming among young members.

**Responsibilities include:**

-   Assisting in the planning and implementation of swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
-   Helping to coordinate swim team practices and events.
-   Providing supervision and safety for all swim activities.
-   Assisting with the maintenance of the pool and swim areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
-   Communicating with parents and guardians regarding swim programs and participation.
-   Participating in staff meetings and contributing ideas to improve the swim program.
-   Providing support to the head coach and other swim staff as needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in a related field or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
-   Strong swimming skills and familiarity with swim instruction.
-   Experience working with children in a coaching or educational capacity.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
