## Description

We’re looking for a **hands-on Event Marketing Executive** to support the delivery of B2B marketing events in Malaysia.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys **organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with teams to bring events to life**. You will support **industry events, networking sessions, and customer events**, while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships.

## Requirements

**RESPONISBILITIES**  
**Events (Main Focus)**

-   Coordinate and support B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking events, industry events).
-   Assist with venue sourcing, vendors, and logistics.
-   Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications.
-   Support on-site event setup and execution.
-   Help track attendance and leads after events.

**Marketing Support**

-   Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination.
-   Support the preparation of event materials (slides, emails, basic assets).
-   Help coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales).
-   Maintain simple trackers for events and campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**

-   3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles.
-   Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred).
-   Strong organisational and coordination skills.
-   Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work.
-   Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
