## Description

Hire Digital is seeking a **Digital Marketing Manager** with experience across B2B marketing, conferences, awards, webinars, or financial media environments. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, fintech, financial services, or enterprise-focused media and events organisations will be highly preferred.

This role will support multi-channel digital marketing campaigns targeting senior audiences in banking, fintech, and financial services across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other international markets.

## Requirements

### Responsibilities

-   Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, awards, and conference initiatives.
-   Support demand generation, audience growth, and lead nurturing campaigns targeting banking and fintech decision-makers.
-   Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows using Pardot or similar platforms, including segmentation, EDM campaigns, and campaign tracking.
-   Collaborate closely with commercial, editorial, research, and events teams to support marketing initiatives across conferences, awards, subscriptions, and thought leadership campaigns.
-   Support webinar, virtual event, and conference promotion activities across international markets.
-   Assist with content marketing initiatives, including reports, whitepapers, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign assets.
-   Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reporting and optimisation insights.
-   Support LinkedIn paid campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and digital audience engagement strategies.
-   Coordinate campaign execution timelines across multiple stakeholders and regional teams.

### Requirements

-   Previous experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation roles.
-   Experience within financial media, conferences, awards, fintech, SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services environments preferred.
-   Hands-on experience with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
-   Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign performance metrics, audience segmentation, and email marketing best practices.
-   Experience supporting webinars, conferences, awards programmes, or enterprise events is highly preferred.
-   Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and digital reporting platforms.
-   Strong written communication and content coordination skills, particularly for professional or executive audiences.
-   Highly organised with strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
-   Comfortable working independently within remote and globally distributed teams.
