## Description

We're looking for a Product Intern to join our team and support day-to-day product operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (or still in college) to get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving tech product team actually works, from user research to product decisions to cross-functional collaboration.

This is a 3-month internship, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role based on performance and fit.

**What You'll Do**

-   Support the product team with user interviews and research, helping bridge the gap between our users and the team
-   Help coordinate and facilitate user research sessions in Iraqi dialect for team members who don't speak Arabic
-   Assist in gathering, organizing, and summarizing user feedback for the product team
-   Support day-to-day product operations and coordination across teams
-   Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas as you learn the space

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree; students who haven't graduated yet are welcome to apply
-   Fluent in Iraqi Arabic dialect (must-have; this role involves direct communication with local users)
-   Comfortable speaking with people, asking questions, and facilitating conversations
-   Curious about product, tech, or how digital platforms are built
-   Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
-   English proficiency to communicate with our non-Iraqi team

**Good to Have**

-   Any prior exposure to user research, customer interviews, or product work (even informal/academic)
-   Interest in the tech/startup space
