We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** to join our project leadership team supporting our CT region.

As our **Project Manager**, you’ll lead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase, innovate for safety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others. 

 **Your Role**  

-   **Lead and Inspire**: Support and mentor in-house professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover. 

-   **Win Work, Build Relationships**: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo’s commitment to integrity and partnership. 

-   **Deliver Excellence**: Guide and expedite systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every client objective is met—during and beyond project completion. 

-   **Strategize and Innovate**: Develop and implement project safety plans, identify risks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings, establish communication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training. 

-   **Grow People**: Participate in annual performance reviews, mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
