As a growing technology scale up, we are able to keep our recruitment process very efficient and make decisions quickly. In general after your application, we will aim to contact you within 5 working days. If your profile may be successful in the role, someone from the Talent Acquisition team will be in contact to arrange an 'Introduction to Dimply' call. From here, if everyone is open to moving forward we will have up to 2 rounds of interviews. For our technical role within the development team, there will be an element of technical assessment, which will be discussed throughout the process.
After your initial interview, you may meet some of our founders and then from here it is a quick step to an offer if we believe you would be a great addition to our team of dimples 😁
