Located on a large private ranch on the outskirts of beautiful Cedar City, Discovery Ranch for Girls is a licensed, accredited residential treatment center for for adolescent females and non-binary students. As our Clinical Coordinator, you will maintain organization systems and manage day-to-day functions in order to allow our Clinical Team to operate as effectively as possible.

Discovery Ranch for Girls combines the power of traditional and experiential therapies to create a clinically sophisticated, relationship-based residential treatment program. Your thoroughness, good communication, and consistency of high quality work are essential to us providing the best program possible to our students and their families, as well as leading the industry in research and best practices.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Collect research survey outcomes
-   Manage outcome tools
-   Audit charts for insurance compliance
-   Coordinate and/or manage BlueStep, the Parent Portal, and basic related IT issues
-   Coordinate logistics and communication in treatment team
-   Manage expenses in the Clinical Department
-   Facilitate additional client communication
-   Maintain documentation between the Clinical Team and outside agencies
-   Attend Clinical Team meetings

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma or equivalent
-   21+ years of age
-   Able to pass criminal investigation background check
-   Able to pass motor vehicle record check
-   Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
