We are seeking a Data Scientist passionate about applying cutting-edge AI to solve complex, real-world challenges. What matters most is your ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, iterate rapidly based on rigorous evaluation, and deliver impactful products.

### Responsibilities

-   Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance against real-world outcomes and user needs
-   Drive rapid experimentation and iteration cycles — using eval results to continuously improve prompts, pipelines, and model selection
-   Leverage LLMs and foundational models to design and integrate AI features that improve user experiences
-   Translate ambiguous product goals into concrete AI opportunities — making thoughtful decisions that balance feasibility, impact, and complexity
-   Analyze diverse datasets to uncover trends and opportunities where AI can drive meaningful product improvements
-   Fine-tune models (especially LLMs) when necessary and deploy them efficiently for production serving
-   Continuously evaluate new AI methods, tools, and models with a pragmatic approach to identify those offering tangible benefits
-   Communicate findings effectively to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

## Requirements

-   BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field

-   Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM-based solutions in real-world environments
-   Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies for AI systems
-   Familiarity with machine learning concepts and modern AI techniques
-   Experience with Python and analytical/ML tooling
-   Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
-   Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
-   Curiosity and desire to stay current in a rapidly evolving field

### Plus

-   Track record of owning AI projects end-to-end — from problem definition through production deployment
-   Experience deploying and serving models in production environments
-   Familiarity with MLOps principles, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems
-   Ability to balance accuracy, latency, cost, and scale when shipping AI to production
