Divar, a leading tech company in the classified ads segment, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Single Threaded Leader (STL) to oversee and drive the growth of a key product area. As an STL, you will have complete responsibility and authority over your domain, tasked with delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and reinforce our market position.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Vision and Ownership** : Define and implement the strategic roadmap for your product or program. Lead initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Divar's overarching business objectives.

**Market Analysis and Innovation** : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the classified ads market.

**Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies. Influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

**Customer-Centric Approach** : Advocate for our users by deeply understanding their needs and pain points. Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product features and improvements that enhance user satisfaction.

**Data-Driven Decision Making** : Utilize metrics and analytics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide iterative improvements.

**Execution and Accountability** : Lead the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Assume responsibility and accountability for the results within your area of ownership.

**Leadership and Team Development** : Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
-   5+ years of proven experience in a senior technical or business leadership role within the tech industry (e.g. leading engineering teams on complex scalability projects, product/program management, or spearheading high-impact initiatives).
-   Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
-   Excellent analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
-   Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
-   Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that increase user engagement and market share.
-   Passionate about user experience and customer satisfaction.
