We are looking for experienced **Freelance Recruiters** to help us source and recruit qualified candidates for our growing team.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening them, and presenting suitable profiles to our hiring team.

### Responsibilities

-   Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and your own network.
-   Identify candidates who match our job requirements.
-   Conduct initial screening and qualification.
-   Submit suitable candidates to our hiring team.
-   Coordinate with our team throughout the recruitment process.
-   Follow up with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
-   Build a pipeline of candidates for recurring positions.

## Requirements

-   Previous recruitment experience.

-   Experience recruiting sales professionals is a strong advantage.

-   Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

-   Access to LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, or an established candidate network.

-   Strong communication and follow-up skills.

-   Ability to work independently.
