**Job Overview:**  
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate has proven leadership capabilities, a strong background in digital marketing agency sales within the UAE, and a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
-   Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability.
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries in the UAE.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
-   Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
-   Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with service delivery.
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine positioning.
-   Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
-   Ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention metrics.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Sales Manager in a digital marketing agency within the UAE.
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, web development, and branding.
-   Proven leadership experience managing and scaling a sales team.
-   Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
-   Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem is highly preferred.
-   Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
-   Strong analytical and reporting skills.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
