**Brand Ambassador – Perth and Surrounds WA (Car and License essential)**

Our client **JBL/Harman** is looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador to join their Perth Team. Working Monday to Friday approx. 20hrs per week

Reporting directly to the Client Manager, your role is to build brand awareness within major electronic retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Retravision, Betta and Independent airport consumer tech retailers. You will be responsible for driving positive business outcomes for the client by:

-   Building and developing key relationships in store.
-   Providing product training and information to Store Staff, Store Manager, Proprietors, Business owners and Consumers.
-   Completing merchandising relays and NPI installs.
-   Maintaining and merchandising in store product displays (including interactive display fixtures) to improve the overall customer shopping experience.
-   Completing assisted sales to customers if required.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**

Reporting directly to Client Manager, you will need to:

-   Build the brand within retailers, providing product information and training to retail staff and engaging with Store Managers/Franchisees to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
-   Maintaining the functionality of client’s interactive display fixtures in store by troubleshooting display issues and replacing faulty/missing POS.
-   Ensuring the client’s products gain the full impact and benefit of promotional activity by placing POS and general merchandising.
-   Negotiate additional, over and beyond space for Harman/JBL products.
-   Attend product induction and ad-hoc product/sales support training as required.
-   As required, complete regional or interstate travel.

## Requirements

**Successful candidate requirements:**

-   Previous experience as a brand ambassador or salesperson in the retail channel preferred.
-   The confidence and ability to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels with High attention to detail.
-   **A reliable vehicle & valid driver's license is essential (Learners Permits not accepted)**
-   Good technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot interactive display issues.
-   Comfortable in a highly autonomous role.
-   Ability to complete regional and interstate trips if required.
-   Must be available Monday-Friday during business hours
