**Are you ready to kick-start your career as a Junior Operations Controller at DOF?**

We are looking for a Junior Operations Controller to join our team in Bergen. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has an interest in finance, operations, and the maritime industry.

As a Junior Operations Controller, you will support the Operations team by monitoring and analyzing operational costs, preparing reports, and contributing to financial and operational performance analysis across departments. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and Operations Managers, helping ensure accurate cost allocation, high-quality data, and timely financial reporting. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing activities, and process improvements while gaining valuable insight into our operational business.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a structured, analytical, and proactive mindset. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced industry professionals, take on increasing responsibility over time, and contribute to the continued success of our expanding operations.

## Requirements

-   Relevant university degree within Business administration or Finance
-   Fluent English both verbal and written
-   Experience with analysis and reporting is an advantage
-   A general technical and operation interest is beneficial
