**Join DOF as our new Maintenance System Engineer**

At DOF, we operate at the forefront of offshore and subsea operations—delivering critical services across the globe.

We are looking for a Maintenance System Engineer to join our Technical team.  In this role you will support and develop our Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across our global fleet, alongside providing general technical support to our vessels and projects. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of maintenance data, supporting onboard and shore-based users, and driving continuous improvement of maintenance processes and system utilisation.

Working closely with vessel management teams, technical stakeholders, and system users worldwide, you will play a key role in ensuring our maintenance systems support safe and compliant operations, while upholding operational excellence.

This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the reliability and performance of a modern offshore fleet while developing your career within a growing international organisation.

If you are passionate about technical maintenance, system optimisation, and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.

We are open to applications from both experienced and more junior profiles, and the responsibilities and expectations will be tailored to the successful candidate's level of experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement, develop and maintain the Company’s Planned Maintenance System
- Provide global system support, guidance and training to vessel crews and onshore personnel in the effective use of the maintenance system
- Maintain and improve the quality, accuracy, and integrity of maintenance data across the fleet
- Develop, review, and optimise maintenance plans, job routines, and equipment structures
- Perform audits and reviews of maintenance system utilisation and data quality
- Liaise with vessel management teams, equipment manufacturers, vessel Charter’s, class societies, and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance requirements are accurately reflected in the system
- Analyse maintenance data and trends to support reliability, compliance, and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to maintenance processes, system functionality, and fleet standardisation
- Support compliance with internal standards, class requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Contribute to testing and implementation of system enhancements and digitalisation initiatives

## Requirements

You are a technically minded professional who combines maritime maintenance experience with strong system knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset.

You will likely have:

- Experience working with Planned Maintenance Systems within the maritime, offshore, or energy sector - experience of TM-Master would be beneficial
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in maintenance engineering, marine, or other relevant engineering discipline
- Strong IT skills, preferably Power BI and SQL database experience
- A keen interest in new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, to drive efficiency and improve operational results
- You are independent, service-minded, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting, training, or advising operational users
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Identify yourself with our core values: Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - And above all we are Safe.

_Is this the perfect role for you, but you don’t meet every single requirement? We value the right person over a perfect match to a job description. Research shows that underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement, and we don’t want that to hold great talent back, so we encourage you to apply. It’s the best way for us to find the right talent for this role, or another, and that could be you._

_**Application due date**__: 31 August 2026_
