**About the role** 

As **Beach/Pool Attendant** at **Domes Noruz Kassandra**, you will look after our guests at the beach or pool and make sure their time there is safe and enjoyable. Working closely with the F&B team, you will keep the area clean, organised and welcoming. 

**What you will do** 

**Guest service** 

-   Welcome guests warmly and assist them at the beach or pool. 

-   Share information about beach and pool services and activities. 

-   Handle guest concerns and resolve them promptly. 

**Operations** 

-   Keep the beach or pool area and its facilities clean and in order. 

-   Set up, maintain and look after sunbeds, umbrellas and related equipment. 

-   Monitor weather conditions and keep guests informed for their safety. 

**Teamwork** 

-   Work with other hotel teams to deliver seamless service.

## Requirements

**What you will bring** 

**Essential** 

-   Excellent communication skills and a strong guest focused approach. 

-   A courteous and friendly approach with guests. 

-   Team spirit and strong collaboration skills. 

-   Good organisation and attention to detail, with a strong sense of order and cleanliness. 

-   Good time management to prioritise daily tasks. 

**Desirable** 

-   Previous experience in a similar role. 

-   Good spoken English.
