Domes Resorts lands in Athens, introducing our first degustation restaurant in Thissio. Our talented, Michelin Starred Chef Patron Petros Dimas, alongside with a team of culinary experts will create the ultimate fine dining experience based on Greek creative cuisine.

**Bar Manager / Mixologist**

**The role:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Bar Manager / Mixologist** to lead our bar operations and elevate our beverage program. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with advanced mixology expertise, a guest-centric mindset, and a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences.

**Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:**

-   Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
-   Design, develop, and continuously enhance signature cocktail menus and beverage offerings.
-   Lead, train, motivate, and develop the bar team to maintain the highest service standards.
-   Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, stock control, and supplier relationships.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
-   Manage bar costs, beverage margins, and operational budgets.
-   Deliver exceptional guest engagement and personalized service.
-   Collaborate closely with the culinary and management teams to create innovative food and beverage pairings and special events.
-   Stay informed about industry trends, premium spirits, and emerging mixology techniques.

## Requirements

**Useful to have:**

-   Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or Senior Mixologist in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end lifestyle venue.
-   Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
-   Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
