**Restaurant Manager**

**The role:**

The Restaurant Manager at Domes Resorts is responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service. Combining leadership, operational excellence, and a guest-focused approach, the role is key to maintaining high standards and driving the success of our dining operations.

**Key responsibilities:**

-   Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, resolving concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
-   Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, shift briefings, quality control, inventory, and driving upselling opportunities.
-   Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
-   Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

## Requirements

**Useful to have:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
-   Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and restaurant operations.
-   Excellent command of English; an additional language will be considered an asset.
-   Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
