## Description

dopay, a pioneering fintech startup revolutionising payroll solutions, is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based in downtown Cairo at the Greek Campus, you will play a key role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. Your work will contribute to our mission of integrating cash-based workers into the mainstream financial system while enhancing user satisfaction with our services.

**Key Responsibilities**  

-   Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on feature specifications and user stories.
-   Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking systems.
-   Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve software quality throughout the development process.
-   Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure robustness, performance, and reliability of applications.
-   Review and analyze system specifications, as well as conduct peer reviews of testing documentation.
-   Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing practices and processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
-   Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
-   Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
-   Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
-   Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
-   Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software.
