## Description

We are looking for a **Data Entry Specialist** with fast typing skills and excellent accuracy to join our Onboarding & Accounts Services team. This role is critical to ensuring that all customer and account data is processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.  
**Key Responsibilities:**  

-   Enter and update customer and account data in systems with high speed and accuracy.
-   Review onboarding sheets and ensure data matches supporting documents.
-   Support the onboarding process by preparing and validating beneficiary information.
-   Handle account service requests such as amendments, updates, and corrections.
-   Coordinate with makers, checkers, and operations team to ensure data quality.
-   Flag discrepancies or missing information for further review.
-   Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data.

**Skills & Qualifications:**  

-   Fast typing skills with excellent accuracy (typing test may be required).
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
-   Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Previous experience in data entry, operations, or onboarding is a plus.

## Requirements

-   Fast typing speed (minimum **45–50 words per minute**) with high accuracy.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
-   Good command of English and Arabic (reading and writing).
-   Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Previous experience in data entry, banking, or onboarding is a plus.
