### About the Opportunity

Our client, **TwinEngines**, is looking for a talented **Full Stack Software Developer** to join its growing engineering team in Costa Rica.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys creating modern, cloud-connected applications that integrate ERP, CRM, AI, shop-floor systems, and mobile platforms to solve real business challenges within manufacturing, distribution, and industrial environments.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating with engineering teams in both Costa Rica and the United States.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain Windows, Web, and Mobile applications using **.NET MAUI** and Microsoft technologies.
-   Build cloud-connected solutions leveraging **Microsoft Azure** and AI services.
-   Develop portals, shop-floor applications, collaboration tools, and mobile solutions.
-   Participate in solution architecture sessions to design scalable systems, processes, and data flows that enhance ERP capabilities.
-   Implement AI-powered features, including computer vision, OCR, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
-   Create dashboards and reporting solutions using **Power BI** to support business decision-making.
-   Integrate applications with **ERP systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CRM platforms**, and third-party solutions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across Costa Rica and the U.S. to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives following **Lean Agile** methodologies.

**Education**

-   Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
