## Description

Our client, a leading global company in the advanced medical manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead the site's human resources strategy and operations.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new manufacturing facility while partnering with regional and global leaders to shape culture, attract top talent, and support business growth across Latin America.

### What You'll Do

-   Lead the HR strategy and day-to-day operations for a new manufacturing site in Cartago.
-   Build and scale HR processes, policies, and systems aligned with business objectives.
-   Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives to support rapid workforce growth.
-   Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee development.
-   Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
-   Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor compliance, and HR best practices.
-   Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic talent initiatives across the Americas.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, medical devices, or other industrial environments.
-   Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development.
-   Strong knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
-   Experience implementing HR systems, payroll, or HR infrastructure is highly valued.
-   Proven ability to influence leaders, manage change, and work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
-   English proficiency required.
