## Description

A global medical technology company dedicated to developing and manufacturing innovative solutions that transform care for patients with kidney diseases. The company combines innovation, technology, and manufacturing excellence to help improve patients’ quality of life.

We are currently seeking a **Quality Engineer I** to join an international, innovative, and quality-driven environment. This is a **6-month temporary position, with a strong possibility of extension**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage and support **supplier quality and change control activities**, ensuring compliance with established requirements.
-   Collaborate with suppliers on **quality issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions**.
-   Monitor supplier performance through **quality metrics, risk assessments, and audits**.
-   Support **supplier qualification, development, and continuous improvement** to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
-   Participate in **manufacturing transfer, expansion, and readiness initiatives**, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams.
-   Support the development and implementation of **manufacturing quality processes, controls, and systems**.
-   Participate in investigations, risk assessments, and **continuous improvement initiatives** to strengthen product quality and operational efficiency.
-   Communicate quality requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations to **internal teams and suppliers**.

## Requirements

-   Broad theoretical knowledge related to the position, typically acquired through specialized academic education.
-   Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in positions or functions related to the field.
-   **Bachelor’s degree** in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
-   Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills**.
-   Ability to work effectively in **cross-functional teams and collaborative environments**.
-   **Proficiency in English**, both written and spoken.
