Pay Rate:  $23–$26 per hour

### **POSITION OVERVIEW**

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.

This role is a great fit for patient, energetic people looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training.

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

-   **Deliver** 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
-   **Collect and record** behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
-   **Build** strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
-   **Maintain** accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
-   **Participate** in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills

## Requirements

-   Comfortable working in both a center and an in-home setting (sessions are split roughly half center, half home)
-   Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
-   Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays is a plus
-   Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
-   Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes
