**About Dragonfly Cares**
Dragonfly Cares is a mission-driven ABA organization helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive. We serve families across Long Island in centers, homes, schools, and communities. Our team shares one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family.

**The Role**
We’re looking for an experienced BCBA to be the senior clinical presence in one of our centers. As Lead BCBA, you’ll carry a clinical caseload and also guide the shift as the clinician families and technicians look for when something is happening. You’ll manage the RBT team on your shift and work directly with your Site Director.

**Schedule & Pay**

- Full-time (40 hrs/week), year-round, salaried. PM shift
- Up to 30 billable hours per week, with at least 7.5 hours protected for admin, planning, and leadership work
- Salary: $95K–$100K
- Start date: immediate

**What You’ll Do**

- Manage your own caseload: assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, and RBT supervision
- Be the live clinical presence on the floor: coach technicians mid-session and respond to escalations using CPI-consistent de-escalation
- Make real-time shift decisions, such as coverage, session changes, and opening or closing the center
- Manage the RBTs on your shift: onboarding, monthly standards checks, and performance reviews
- Deliver a monthly clinical training for center staff, alternating with the other Lead
- Keep families informed with warm, same-day communication
- Meet weekly 1:1 with your Site Director

## Requirements

- Active BCBA and NYS LBA, in good standing
- BACB 8-hour Supervision Training

- 5+ years in ABA, including 2+ years as a BCBA
- Center-based BCBA experience and experience supervising RBTs
- Experience overseeing programming for children ages 3–22
- Strong assessment skills (e.g., Vineland) and comfort guiding RBTs and clients through escalations
- Excellent communication and organization, and the ability to give direct, kind feedback

## Benefits

- Competitive Salary: $95K - $100K
- Protected time to lead, not just a full billable schedule
- Unlimited free CEUs and virtual trainings
- CPI and CPR/First Aid certification at hire and renewal
- Annual allowance to attend a professional development seminar or conference of your choice
- Support from a Site Director and a Center Coordinator who handles scheduling, phones, and supplies.
