We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Exploitation Project Manager** to join our team and drive the commercialisation of cutting-edge innovations from EU-funded research projects.

In this key position, you will lead exploitation and business strategy activities in Horizon Europe projects, bridge the gap between research and market, and play an important role in developing high-quality proposals for new EU funding opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design and implement exploitation strategies, roadmaps, and business plans for Horizon Europe projects.
-   Conduct market research and stakeholder mapping to identify potential users, viable business models, and commercialisation pathways.
-   Perform Life Cycle Costing (LCC), techno-economic assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial viability of project results.
-   Engage with international project partners and external stakeholders to support market uptake and adoption of project outcomes.
-   Organise and facilitate targeted workshops to help partners translate research results into market-ready solutions.
-   Contribute to exploitation work packages and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
-   Support the drafting of competitive Horizon Europe proposals, with a focus on impact, exploitation potential, and business strategy sections.
-   Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to align innovations with market needs and EU policy frameworks.
-   Ensure compliance with internal management system procedures (ISO 9001 & 14001).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Economics**, **Engineering**, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in Horizon Europe or H2020 projects, specifically in exploitation, business planning, or business analysis.
-   Practical knowledge of Life Cycle Costing (LCC), techno-economic assessments, financial modelling, or cost-benefit analysis.
-   Excellent written and spoken **English**.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in international consortia.
-   Willingness to travel in Greece and abroad.
-   Demonstrated initiative and strong team collaboration capabilities.

**Nice to Have**

-   MSc or PhD in Science, Economics, or Business.
-   Familiarity with economic evaluation tools, statistical packages, or data visualisation software.
-   Understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) management, licensing, and business model development.
-   Experience in writing proposals for EU-funded projects.
