We're on the lookout for a seasoned and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. Your mission: accelerate Dreamix's growth by scaling our digital marketing channels.

In this role, you will build a predictable engine for growth, driving efficient customer acquisition to support our expansion into new markets.  
  

### Responsibilities:

-   Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
-   Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
-   Monitor social media platforms, engage with audiences, and manage community interactions in a professional and timely manner.
-   Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop compelling content, including visuals, videos, and copy.
-   Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using social media analytics tools.
-   Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
-   Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social media campaigns when required.
-   Assist with various marketing initiatives such as content production, market research and campaign efforts.  
      
    

### Requirements:

-   Currently a student or holding a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
-   English language proficiency (C1-C2).
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
-   Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
-   Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.
-   Experience with social media is a plus.
