We are seeking a talented and motivated **QA Engineer** to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions by collaborating closely with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.  

**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare the process of test planning, test coverage, and estimation within a small to medium-sized team
-   Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
-   Execute manual tests, analyze results, identify and report defects, and provide clear and detailed documentation
-   Develop, maintain, and execute basic automated test scripts to support existing automation efforts and improve test coverage
-   Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, test coverage, and overall QA efficiency
-   Collaborate with software engineers and other team members to ensure software quality and stability throughout the development lifecycle
-   Stay up-to-date with relevant testing tools, techniques, and automation best practices

Requirements:**

-   Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques
-   3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, primarily focused on manual testing
-   Experience in designing, writing, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
-   Basic experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, Python, TypeScript, or another programming language
-   Familiarity with front-end and back-end testing, including API testing
-   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
-   Experience with Jira and test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, or similar
-   Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with software engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders
-   Fluency in English
